Bob Fisher has been a homeowner in North Plainfield for 32 years, and has been active in the North Plainfield community much of that time. He is a strong supporter of North Plainfield’s recreation programs, and has coached recreation baseball , traveling baseball, traveling soccer, Pop Warner football, and both recreation basketball and the traveling basketball program. Bob has also been a member of the Elks Lodge 885 for the past 22 years. He has run the Elks Hoop Shoot and Soccer Shoot programs for kids. Bob was a Leading Knight in line for the position of Exalted Ruler. Bob has been a Republican Committee member representing his home district for the past 20 years. He attended The State University of New York at Cobleskill and is employed by a home services company.
Bob is married and has two adult children who were educated in the North Plainfield school system. His wife works in a hospital and is on the front lines of the Covid-19 virus. He is a dog lover, and is always seen with his best friend Oscar. Talk about being a passionate Jets fan, Bob was a long time season ticket holder who has not missed a Jets game either in person or on television since the age of 10!
